We
at HALIVING aim to provide you with the best possible price on all our
listed products. If you find an advertised retail price lower than ours on a competitor
website, brochure or retail store, we are happy to match our competitor’s prices.
The price refers to the advertised price of NEW products only excluding
freight,
packaging, shipping and insurance cost.
However, you will need to provide us with some form of documentation, web link or copy of their brochure or promotional flyer so we can substantiate the price we are competing against.
This
guarantee only applies to retail prices and exclude prices advertised by
wholesale or distribution companies.
This
guarantee only applies to the same type or model number of the products we sell. The
matching products must be Australian C-tick approved. We do not
match price on “gray” imports as quite often, they may look the same but
do not meet stringent Australian Standards as our products do.
This Guarantee does not apply to Computer Software which is supply with or independent of electronic products. Software are prone to upgrades and new versions, which makes it difficult to monitor.
This
guarantee does not apply to prices advertised on Auction Sites, internet or otherwise.
This guarantee does not apply to seconds, specials or quantity discounted products.
HOW DOES OUR GUARANTEE WORK?
We will honour our price guarantee strictly after an order has been placed with us and OUR price paid in full. We will then refund you the difference after verification of your claim regarding the price we are competing against.
DISCLAIMER
With
the rapidly changing environment of electronic products, it’s always hard
to keep up with pricing. This guarantee is void for products already
purchased from us, paid for and shipped to you.
